I was evaluating whether to use wgpu-native or SDL GPU with APL early on. Finding out that wgpu-native used callback functions for parts of its API, I investigated the state of callback functions in Dyalog APL. I found out that callback functions are limited to a specific FORTRAN library (I chose SDL GPU after that).
